Grocery Shopping for 2, All for Less than $80!

So…some life changes have recently occurred. I moved into an apartment with my boyfriend, which has been a really exciting change, but a change nonetheless. One of the toughest things I’ve had to get used to is shopping for two people and cooking enough food to satisfy both our hungers. Below, I’m going to share with you the first of many 2 people grocery lists, all for less than $80!

First, one quick note! I HIGHLY recommend getting a Costco or Sam’s Club membership. I did not count meat into this grocery list, because I purchased like 2 lbs of chicken and 2 lbs of salmon from Costco for less than $45 over a week and a half ago. I pre-portioned all of the meat and froze it, and when I’m ready to use it, I defrost it in batches. This is by far the best deal I’ve found, and it’s been really helpful in reducing the amount I spend on proteins at the grocery store! We’re going to finish off all the meat at the end of this week. You also may need to pick up some flour and olive oil if you don’t already have it in your pantry!
